Customers may contact BITZO PVT LTD to request cancellation of an order. A cancellation request is subject to confirmation and depends on the current processing or dispatch status of the order.
If a cancellation request is received before the order has been processed, we may be able to cancel the order. Any applicable refund will be handled according to the payment method and applicable refund terms.
Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to a logistics provider, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer may contact us and the request will be reviewed according to the applicable Return & Refund Policy.
Because food products may have safety, hygiene, shelf-life, and storage requirements, cancellation, return, or refund requests may be subject to additional conditions depending on the product and order status.
Where cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will generally be processed using the original payment method or another appropriate method agreed with the customer. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or banking system.
BITZO PVT LTD may cancel an order in circumstances such as product unavailability, inability to fulfil the order, pricing or listing errors, logistics limitations, or other reasonable business or operational reasons. Where applicable, any eligible payment refund will be processed accordingly.
